Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Return Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days

If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-5:00PM (PST).

Return orders submitted after 5:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

No return orders will be processed on weekends.

Returns within 30 natural days

Foodscarts.com supports returns and exchanges within 30 natural days.

If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Criteria

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following points:

Returns and exchanges need to be made within 30 natural days of signing for the food trolley.

Returned food trolleys must be in their original intact condition with all original packaging, accessories and tags attached.

There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.

It does not affect secondary sales.

Requesting a Return

Return Process

If you decide to return the product within 30 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:

Pack the food cart in its original packaging, including accessories and freebies received.

Send the meal cart to 6042 SE 34th Ave, Portland, Oregon.

Once shipped, please send us the logistics information and courier receipt number via email at [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

If you choose to return a food cart due to a quality or shipping issue (e.g. receiving a food cart with damaged tires), shipping costs will be covered by Foodscarts.com.

If you choose to return a food cart because you personally do not like the food cart you received (color or style), or if the photo is wrong, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned food cart arrives at Foodscarts.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be returned within 1-2 business days
